Today, I am going to do something I would not normally do. I am going to play a large MTT on Sunday, and it's going to be a $33 buy in.
I couldn't pass up this tourney. Deep stack, 12 minute levels, $450K guaranteed prize pool. Plus my dad talked me into it. With the success I have been having in my game, I feel I can afford to buy into this game and not hurt my roll too much. If I am unsuccessful, I can easily make my buy in back in SNG.
I am also going to be playing a special tournament on Poker Stars today. One of our most loved members of Cards Chat passed away not too long ago of cancer, and we members are playing a special tournament to benefit Toys for Tots, the charity of his choice. Though I never had the chance to personally get to know this member, I have enjoyed his well thought out and informative posts, and seeing he had such an impact on the forum, I feel it is the least I can do. RIP Buckster.
