Merry Christmas!

     Ok, so I know Christmas s still 2 days away, but since I'm going to be busy for the next few days, I thought I'd say it now.

     I've managed to staunch the bleeding so to speak, and have gotten back to breakeven over my last couple of sessions. I realized I was getting a bit complacent and relying more on my hand itself, and not paying enough attention to situations and spots where I could take down pots. Upon review of the hands and sessions I've played during my downswing, I found I was being too risk-adverse and cautious, which was leaving me too short by the time I was reaching the middle stages of the SNG. Always something to work on, isn't there?

     As far as my goal of 100 games over the past few days, I have only managed to reach 42. Shit keeps coming up, and since my wife is on her Christmas holidays, I have been distracted. I have only put in about three solid sessions, which is way short of my goal, and way short of the volume I need to be putting in to make this whole thing work. No problems, in a few days, things will calm down and I will be able to get myself back on track.

     So, again, I'd like to wish everyone happy holidays! Hope you all get something you want out of this occasion. Be it that new electronic device or just being able to spend some time with your loved ones. I'm still going to put in a few games if I have some time, but for the most part I am just going to relax and enjoy the weekend. Talk to you all soon.
